Room 3 Makes Porridge
We made porridge, like in the story Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It was delicious and warmed our tummies, on a rainy cold day at school! 
While we waited for it to cool, so it wasn't too hot like Father Bear's, we wrote a story about it. Come and read these in our Writing books.

Welcome to Room 3, Ashton!
A big welcome to our 14th member of Room 3, Ashton, who has started school this week.

Well done to Abas, who got our Room 3 certificate this week at assembly for caring for our class by being a kind friend and helping to keep the classroom space nice and tidy! You are a star. 

Junior Assembly Week 6
This week two lucky people from Room 3 got certificates in our Junior assembly. Well done to Sajjad for working super hard on his Click Words and reading. And well done to Miriama for trying so hard to manage her feelings in a positive way! Amazing effort from both of you.

Keeping Ourselves Safe
In Week 5 and 6 we are being visited by Constable Debbie as part of our 'Keeping Ourselves Safe' unit. We are learning to recall our full name, address and phone number, and who to go to for help if we get lost. Please help us with this by practising it lots at home as well. The more we practise the better we get, and the better we can keep ourselves safe!
